Why Magic Touch Home Care?

“Sometimes, all that’s needed is a simple touch of a caring hand.

I’ve held too many seniors in all the years that I’ve been doing this work.

And still I’m amazed by how their faces light up when a caregiver holds them with respect and dignity. It’s that human connection. The feeling that they still matter.

Their aches and pain seem to suddenly disappear. It’s like magic.”

– Sally, Chief of Client Care

We're All About Family.

They raised you at home the best way they can.

Now it’s your turn to keep them safe at home for as long as you can.

We help you make that happen.

Dear Magic Touch,
John, Mom, and I are so blessed you've helped us. We're grateful you're here.

Warmest, Sterlings

Choose the schedule you need to keep your loved one safe at home

Split AM/PM

This fits well when the senior is still semi-independent or has a family member at home. Typical help needed is with morning routine and then evening for dinner.

Respite

For temporary, short-term needs. Maybe for the weekend, or while recovering from surgery.

Full Day

For long-term, full-time, consistent care needs. Maybe 6 to 12 hours a day, several days a week.

Round the clock

This is recommended when your senior needs care and assistance throughout the night.

Think of us as your extended family.

  • We’re local: Born 10 years ago, we continue to serve the communities in the counties of Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura and Riverside.
  • You’re protected: Our agency complies with strict licensing requirements of the Department of Social Services.
  • You get answers quick: We’re responsive, even on nights and weekends.
  • You’re familiar: We’re not a big corporation. We’re small and personal, and we remember your name.

Client Care Manager at Magic Touch Home care for seniors giving a two thumbs up
Chief of Client Care

Sally Heys

She knows good caregiving when she sees one. That's because she started as a caregiver herself in year 2000, then moved on to become..

... a Staffing Coordinator of another home care agency back in 2004. Having found her vocation in senior care work, she helped set up Magic Touch Home Care in 2010. Today, she genuinely enjoys doing house call visits to her clients. Magic Touch caregivers thrive under her able wings.

She is a self-confessed minimalist. On days she's not at work, her home is her sanctuary. She is content settling in her room with her Christian music, her dog Panda, and makes challenging decisions like what Disney movie to stream from her feed which she happily indulges with her 9yr old goddaughter Alexis. Cooking isn't her skill. Instead, you'd find her Thursday mornings helping her church distribute grocery essentials to the homeless and underprivileged in her local community.

She's fond of her Excel spreadsheets. Magic Touch home care clients can sleep well at night knowing that their care plan and list of services are neatly arranged in columns and rows for easy access anytime they're needed.

Equally important to her spreadsheet table is a dining table laid out with good food. That's all it takes to make her happy on weekends.

Also, her adorable Pomeranian dog Willow puts her on play mode when office work gets a little heavy. And there's something about Sci-fi movies and French Films that tease her analytical mind. Next time you call Magic Touch home care office, say Bonjour!

He's the guy you'd call when you need Magic Touch home care services. He'll put together your customized care plan and serve it to you with a lighthearted smile. You know everything's going to be alright.

At home, he's a proud fan of Los Angeles' Lakers. Basketball is his thing since childhood where he played every day with his friends at the local park. Now he gets to share his favorite sports with his two young wonderful boys, although one of them is showing better skills and talent as a budding chef.
The family dog, a Chow Chow German Shepherd called Mr. Big, completes his sporty family.
